OWNER'S REP

At GAIA/S DESIGN, we offer a comprehensive owner representation service that is designed to provide our clients with the guidance and support they need to ensure that their construction projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

As an owner's representative, our role is to act as a liaison between the property owner and the construction team, representing the owner's interests and ensuring that the end result meets their specifications and expectations. We work closely with the design team, general contractor, and other project stakeholders to develop and manage the project budget and schedule, and to coordinate and communicate effectively throughout the construction process.

We conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with plans and specifications, and to identify and address any issues that may arise. We review and approve all project invoices and change orders and manage the punch list and closeout process to ensure that the project is completed to the owner's satisfaction.
